The students are mostly over 18 and many of them already in responsible employment.

Help in France also receives demands for teenagers stays in the summer.
It can be a very rewarding experience for all concerned and can also provide the host families with extra income.

Some of the French guests are also  looking for English lessons as well as a stay in a British family, so Help in France would be especially interested to hear from qualified teachers of English.

Help a French student to learn English

Would you or someone you know like to host a French student and earn some extra income ?

French employers are increasingly demanding that their employees have the ability to speak English. So much so that many French university students and young workers are now actively seeking ways to improve their level in the English language and thereby their job prospects.

As a result,
Help in France has been asked by the French to arrange stays with English families both in France and in England.

Although many families have already been included in Help in France’s host family list, but there is a need for more potential families to apply, in order to give these young French students a wider choice of stay.
